Ashley has worked in the hospitality industry for her entire adult life. Customer service is in her blood. Her career experience includes the prestigious brands Ritz Carlton and Fairmont, among others. She transitioned into medical aesthetics and plastic surgery where she's worked as a Patient Care Coordinator and Aesthetician.
Ashley's job as Client Success Specialist entails everything from acting as a virtual Patient Care Coordinator and training and coaching front office coordinators, PCCs, and aestheticians, to managing payroll, and troubleshooting daily operational issues.
Her warmth and energy is contagious. She excels at creating unique and memorable patient experiences and teaching others how to do the same.
Ashley lives in beautiful Idaho with her husband, daughter, and two French Bulldogs.
