John's professional career began in a prestigious orthopedic group in Indianapolis, where he spent 21 years ascending through the ranks from patient care in physical therapy to administrative leadership. Embracing every challenge and opportunity for growth, he cultivated a diverse skill set and a passion for continuous learning. This journey culminated in the attainment of an MBA with a focus in healthcare management from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009.

Throughout his career, John has held key roles in independent medical groups specializing in orthopedics, ENT, neurosurgery, and functional medicine/med spa. His versatile portfolio includes positions such as Director of Financial Services, Controller, Director of Human Resources, and Practice Administrator. Guided by a deep-seated commitment to helping others, John's daily mantra – "Sense of Purpose: Make Things Better for Others" – underscores his unwavering dedication to service and excellence.
