Introducing BrinsonAnderson Consulting

We are thrilled to introduce you to our new venture: BrinsonAnderson Consulting. We imagine that launching a new business is a little bit like giving birth only instead of a 9 month gestation period, our venture is the culmination of over 40 years of combined experience helping doctors solve their practice management issues. Having worked for the best in the business, we know our stuff. But we also know that there is room to do something a little different with Brinson Anderson.

Fewer Clients = More Attention

Our goal with this new company is to develop longer, deeper relationships with our doctors and practices. To do this, we take on fewer clients. Instead of just making a list of recommendations on, for example, how to improve your front desk and then leaving, we actually help coach you through the implementation of this new plan. We want to be part of your team. As one of our clients often says about hiring us: “It’s like getting a manager, only better”. Our intention with BrinsonAnderson is to provide executive level support to small practices, focusing on:

  • Operations

  • Finances

  • Revenue cycle

  • Strategic planning

  • Compliance

We truly believe that with this new business model, we can serve you better, helping to make your practice the best that it can be.

Strategic Planning + Hands on Experience

Since we both have MBAs and have managed practices, we are very skilled at high level strategic planning AND we have the hands on experience of actually doing the work from running the front desk, to dealing with insurance to managing a practice. We get the nuanced language of working in a surgeon’s office and how each is unique. This skill set allows us to better understand the people who make up any practice as well as the existing processes. By working from the inside out, we are able to design customized solutions that will better meet your unique needs.

Customized Plan

Understanding the constraints and goals of your practice is a cornerstone of developing our customized plan. For example, one surgeon in the group may be concerned about customer service at the front desk while his or her partner is more focused on service collections that impact the bottom line. Our job is to identify the actual gaps in workflow efficiency and then create the right plan to realistically deliver effective change given your staff’s:

  • Ability

  • Training

  • Practice culture

It’s all about looking for wasted or inefficient activity, and then helping your team to develop and implement the right tools to streamline your processes. For us, this is where the fun begins. Helping you to improve your practice’s efficiency means that you can see more patients. But it also means that everyone in the practice can finish the day on time, feeling less stressed.

Being more efficient will make your practice more profitable. But equally important, it will deliver a better quality of life. For us, that matters. To find out more about how BrinsonAnderson Consulting can help your practice, contact us here.
